How do I commission a custom bouquet preservation piece?
To begin, please email us at [email protected] to request a commission. We'll send you a short intake form to learn more about your vision. From there, we’ll finalize the design details together. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll review and sign the contract and submit the first half of your payment to officially reserve your date.
How much does a commission piece cost?
Pricing is tailored to each piece. Once we understand your vision, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your custom commission.
How long does it take to receive my custom piece?
Each piece is completed over approximately 8–13 weeks. This timeline allows for proper pressing, color enhancement, thoughtful design, and the final placement of your flowers to ensure a beautifully finished piece.
How do I get my bouquet to you?
Once you’ve completed the intake form, we’ll walk you through the delivery options available for getting your bouquet to us. Most clients arrange for a trusted friend, family member, or planner to handle this after the event. After your contract is signed, we’ll send a simple care and handling guide you can share with them to ensure your bouquet arrives safely and in the best condition possible.
Can I commission this as a gift for someone?
Absolutely! Gifting a preservation piece is such a meaningful gift. When you email us, please mention that you are reaching out on behalf of the bride. You or the bride may complete the initial intake form, though the bride will need to personally review and sign the final contract. When submitting your payment, simply include a note indicating the bride’s name so we can ensure the commission is correctly attributed to her date.
Is it possible to commission a different frame size or style?
Yes! We’re happy to explore custom frame sizes or styles. While we can’t guarantee anything beyond our standard commissions, feel free to reach out and tell us what you’re looking for.
Can I request a commission if I already got married?
Yes! In this case, you can purchase fresh flowers that match your wedding day, or we can source those for you and preserve them. While they are not from your special day, they still make a sweet piece to remember it by.
Is it possible to use my dried wedding bouquet?
Unfortunately, that isn’t something we can offer. A lovely alternative would be to purchase fresh flowers that match your wedding day, or we can source those for you and preserve them.
Is it possible to preserve any type of bouquet?
Absolutely. While my studio specializes in bridal bouquets, we are happy to preserve flowers from any significant occasion. Please note that the current workflow and contracts are specifically designed for bridal commissions. When you reach out, please share the occasion so we can best accommodate your request within the existing process.
